Thief:
Hiding and stealth should be self explanatory, I wouldn't even start stealth until at least 120 hiding or even more. UOAP or Mccro work pretty good on stealth, you can do color based macro, (if location is hiding color then stealth, if not then use skill hide). If you can get system msg to work on razor, then you can utilize this option.
These two skills are slow.
Poisoning This skill is only slowed by how much poison you can get. Once you get to 120...it is really slow after that. Razor macro works good, use skill poison, target poison, use on weapon.
Stealing Useskill stealing target one of your chars....works.
Snooping Use thief gloves target one of yoru chars...works.
Lockpick Lock chest, use lockpick....works.
Remove trap Not sure it this one works...ive tried, no luck yet. You have to detect the trap first...then use remove trap skill, but i havent been able to raise it.
Detect
Spam at bank or in spar house...works.

Ranger
Archery
Shoot a char (Wars work best) and have the dummy constantly heal itself. Very slow skill.
Camping
Have crafter make kindling, use kindling with ranger as you work othe skills. Relatively fast, but slows down like other skills after 120.
Animal Lore
Use skill on trapped horse while working other skills
Fishing
.autoloop -1 then fish in a bunch of spots with 9700 second delay in a bunch of spots as you can make.
Cooking
Cook with the maximum amount of steaks you can do.
Tracking
Use skill tracking, and then close gumps so you dont lag yourself to death after a few hours of macroing....works good.
Vet
have warrior hit horse and vet it. easy to 120.
Taming
Tame a bunch of animals or monsters and release....at least a few, the more the merrier.

if you want new people to show you need to give them a little knowledge to get by on. you forget even for zulu vets, this shard works a little different than other zulushards.

Swordsmanship - hit something with a sword prefer a warrior friend that heals himself with bandage
Fencing - hit something with a kryss or dagger prefer a warrior friend that heals himself with bandage
wrestling - hit something with your bare knuckles prefer a warrior friend that heals himself with bandage
mace fighting - hit something with a mace prefer a warrior friend that heals himself with bandage
Healing - heal someone or yourself with bandages (this can be crafted by a crafter) while that person or yourself have gotten some damage
anatomy - use the skill on someone other then yourself or an animal
parry - equip a shield and let someone hit you while wearing the shield

Mage
Eval int:
While working stats by sparring a bit, use skill on sparring partner.
Meditation:
Can be done a few ways, can be done naturally while working other skills (magery, inscribe, etc). Or you can get int raising item, or blackrock weapon and equip and med.
Alchemy: Raises fast to 120. Work GP until 105-110, switch to DP for afterwards.
Inscribe:
You can raise using normal spellbook all the way to 130, but switching from circle 8 to ebook or nbook spells is easiest.
Spirit speak: Use skill, cast dispell. med when mana <=20.
Magery: Raise from 75 by casting 7th circle. After 80-85ish use ressurection, or if you have lots of regs, you can summon deamon and manavamp the summon, and "all release," rinse and repeat. You can raise casting 8th circle pretty easy until 115ish magery then it slows down and you need necro or ebook.
Item id:
Use jims macro for iding stuff in bag, its somewhere on this website.
Resist: Cast parafield and walk into it, rinse and repeat.
